1. Ownership
The 7 Business Drivers Framework™, including all methodologies, assessment structures, scoring logic, software code, written content, and related materials (collectively, the “Software”), is the exclusive intellectual property of Kelly Benedict International (KBI).
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. License Grant (Limited Use)
KBI grants the licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software only for internal business or client-assessment purposes, subject to the terms of this License.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT, without prior written permission from KBI:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Software

Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or derive competing works

Remove or alter branding, copyright notices, or framework references

White-label, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Software

Use the Software outside the licensed domain(s)
4. Framework & Trademark Protection
“7 Business Drivers Framework™” is a proprietary methodology and trademark of Kelly Benedict International.
Use of the framework name, structure, logic, or derivatives outside this Software is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
5. License Enforcement
KBI reserves the right to:

Validate licenses programmatically

Disable functionality for unlicensed or unauthorized use

Audit usage for compliance
6. Termination
This license terminates immediately if any term is breached.
Upon termination, all use of the Software must cease, and all copies must be deleted.
7. No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
KBI shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.
8. Governing Law
This License shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable to Kelly Benedict International.
